Ann runs the administrative side of things at Cygnet's Loughborough Admin HQ.

She is a graduate in International History and Politics from Leeds University. Ann is also a qualified Thomas International Consultant and her writing and acting talent is exploited in local theatre and also on occasions by Cygnet in role-plays!
