Pete graduated from Cambridge in Maths and Management. A period in management services with Rolls Royce and in providing computer support for education led to 25 years in leadership, consulting and training, including a spell as Chief Executive in the voluntary sector.

Pete has been involved with Cygnet since its inception, developing the Cygnet Birmingham subsiduary and later serving as MD until the end of 2008. Pete has worked with a range of clients at all levels throughout organisations; in recent times he is in particular demand to facilitate strategy development for SMTs and Boards.
