Rob graduated from Sandhurst as an Infantry Officer and on leaving the Army cut his teeth in sales with three blue chip companies before becoming a director with a leading Scottish recruiter. In 1995 he set up his own company as a recruiter for the financial services sector, along with sales support to SME companies. He undertakes work for Cygnet in pursuing new business sales, and can also act as a facilitator.
